A foreign man who refused to offer Police his name or nationality was arrested early on Saturday morning after he was accused of damaging a Pattaya Police Truck during a fit of rage brought on by the arrest of his girlfriend on drugs offences.

Witnesses saw the man first throw a stone at the Police Truck parked on Pattaya Beach Road in front of Central Festival Pattaya Beach and only meters away from the Police Station.
