BANGKOK, 30 January 2013 (NNT) – The government is allocating 219 million baht budget for the construction of 86 school buildings for hilltribe children in remote areas.
According to Charoen Jankomol, the Secretariat of the House of Representatives, the House has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) on a project to help schools in the backcountry where buildings are needed. The project, which is a collaboration of 4 agencies, including the House of Representatives, Office of the Basic Education Commission, Office of the Non-Formal and Informal Education, and the Border Patrol Police Bureau, is in honor of His Majesty the King.
