Neal Rosenthal, a 38 year old America, was arrested in a Pattaya hotel room by Police and the local Women and children protection unit, as he planned sex with a 13 year old girl.

Rosenthal, married just last year to a Thai Lady with a pre-teen child and living in Southern Thailand, is a Scuba diving instructor with Kao Lak Scuba adventures, but the Chicago man was caught in a hotel room with a 13 year old who had been noticed by the authorities as she offered herself to passing tourists on Beach Road. Not much older than his own step daughter, the girl was easily persuaded to go with him to a hotel room after agreeing to a 700 baht fee for her services.
