A man possibly insane or high on drugs jumped from the roof of the 5-story Sriracha police station and killed himself. He had earlier asked the police to arrest him for killing people. But officers ignored him and told him to sit and relax.

The man then went to the top of the building and shouted loudly before leaping off the roof.
