Danish Man Arrested in Pattaya after Phuket Bike Scam

Pattaya Tourism police arrested a 24-year-old tourist from Denmark who had fled from Phuket after selling his rental bike instead of returning it.

He was arrested while withdrawing money at an ATM machine in south Pattaya.
