Thai PM Yingluck Shinawatra takes day off on Asalha Bucha

BANGKOK, 2 August 2012 (NNT) – Prime Minister Yingluck Shinawatra is reportedly taking a rest with her family at home on Asalha Bucha Day.

As today is Asalha Bucha Day, Ms. Yingluck has not left her residence on Soi Yothinpattana 3. She is reportedly spending her free time with family while the police are providing security around her home as usual.

However, the Prime Minister is scheduled to travel to Impact Muang Thong Thani at 14.00 hrs tomorrow to open the Bangkok International ICT Expo 2012, which will take place at the Challenger Hall until August 6.
