BANGKOK, Aug 15 – Bangkok Governor Sukhumbhand Paribatra said he will upgrade the landscape at Victory Monument along with improving facilities and infrastructure throughout Bangkok.

The project includes improving public restrooms, burying electric power and cable lines underground, and expanding the city’s CCTV network, he said after visiting the Victory Monument area today to inspect existing safety systems and the status of cleanliness in that area.
