BANGKOK, July 24 – Typhoon Vicente strongly lashed Hong Kong Monday night delaying two morning flights of Thai Airways (THAI) from Hong Kong on Tuesday.

The two delayed passenger flights were the Hong Kong-Bangkok TG 603 flight and the Hong Kong-Phuket TG 609 flight, Samat Poom-on, director of THAI’s Crisis Management and Operations Centre (CMOC), said.
