Tropical depression brings heavy rain and flooding to north
Depression Vicente, although downgraded from the tropical storm status that hit China, has brought heavy non-stop rain to upper parts of Thailand.
In the northern province of Mae Hong Son, a landslide, triggered by rain, has blocked the road leading to one hilltribe village in Sop Moei district. The local authorities will use a backhoe to clear the road.
