10 youths aged between 15 and 18 have been arrested by Pattaya Police, accused of being part of a gang who are known to have committed many necklace snatches around the Pattaya area.

The 10 arrestees were presented to the gathered media by Police Lieutenant General Panya, Region 2 Police Commissioner who revealed how the gang would work in two separate teams.
