Vietnamese Men Slashes Bags, Stealing Mobile Phones during Songkran

Bangkok Police arrested a Vietnamese man after slashing his victims waterproof bag and stole a mobile phone. The defendant refused all the allegations.

BANGKOK – April 16, 2012 [PDN]; Officers of Tungmahamek Police Station, arrested Mr. Lee Dok Ho, a 57-year-old Vietnamese National, for allegedly cutting a waterproof bag containing a mobile phone belonging to Ms. Aroonporn Dechkajornsap, 25-year-old, who is an employee of a Private Company. The incident happened in the vicinity of the entrance way to the BTS Skytrain, Saladaeng Station when the suspect attempted to steal her Samsung, Galaxy S-plus, mobile phone.
