Release date for the New iPad 3 in Thailand
BANGKOK, March 8 (Thailand News) – Yesterday Apple announced a new and updated iPad in a press event in San Francisco. The release of the new third-generation iPad is Friday 16th March 2012 in USA, Canada, Japan, Singapore, Australia, Hong Kong and most European countries, while rumors surrounding the iPad 3 could be banned in China are still alive.
With no official release date in Thailand, we can expect the new iPad 3 to hit MBK Center and Apple iStores in Bangkok on Monday 19th March, however the release date of the new iPad 3 in Thailand remains unconfirmed.
Thanks to its 9.7-inch screen and Retina Display, the iPad 3 features four times more pixels than the iPad 2. The new iPad includes a 5-megapixel iSight camera with a backside illumination sensor and a A5X Processor, while the battery life remains unchanged at 10 hours.
The new iPad also supports fast networks up to 4G LTE.

When will the new I PAD hit the stores in Bangkok, I am waiting egerly to get one. Have checked the stores in Bangkok and i have seen one shop selling the new I PAD at an inflated price of $1,120, and the I PAD 2 is still at the same price.
The price range can vary according to the models, around 16,000 to 26,000 THB ( $518 to $843)
i will be in Thailand 1to 11 may…really hope it’s available. Do u think Phuket apple stores will have them by then. Bought my iPad 2 from Bangkok, MacBook from Phuket…huge savings compared to South Africa.
