An Algerian man was arrested by Police on Tuesday afternoon, accused of breaking into two hotel rooms and stealing items from foreign guests.

The incident occurred at a Guest House in Soi Yensabai in South Pattaya earlier on Tuesday when the occupants of two rooms reported the break-ins to Hotel staff who examined CCTV footage and determined the prime suspects were two Algerian guests who were residing in a room close-by who were seen to leave without paying.
