Thai and Malaysian police seized large quantities of drugs and arrested a number of drug suspects in coordinated drug suppression operations on Saturday, national police chief Wichean Potephosree said at a press conference on Sunday.
The conference was also attended by Pol Lt-Gen Vorapong Chiewpreecha, an assistant police chief, Pol Lt-Col Adithep Panjamanont, chief of the Narcotics Suppression Bureau, and Narong Ratananukul, secretary-general of the Office of the Narcotics Control Board.
