Matubhum Party leader Sonthi Boonyaratglin on Sunday attributed his party’s poor performance to the sentiment in favour major parties.
Sonthi. who led the 2006 coup when he was the Army chief, said he was disappointed at the balloting outcome.
Based on unofficial vote count, Matubhum might not win any constituency seats in the South even though Sonthi had campaigned on the Muslim platforms.
