House dissolution could be delayed: Thai Deputy PM Suthep

BANGKOK, 4 May 2011 (NNT)-Deputy Prime Minister for Security Affairs Suthep Tuagsuban expressed his personal opinion that the House dissolution could be delayed although he said the decision would ultimately depend on the Prime Minister and the Constitution Court’s ruling.

Mr. Suthep said while the date for the House dissolution was still in the air, everyone now paid their attention to the 3 organic laws, which would govern the election process once approved by the Court. The Deputy Prime Minister expected that the deliberation process would be completed before the House dissolution.
