Bomb-like object causes bomb scare in front of Bangkok shopping mall
A bomb like object was left in front of Bangkok shopping mall, leading to bomb scare.
Police were alerted that a bomb-like object was spotted in front of The One Park shopping mall on Phaholyothin Road in Chatuchak district at 7:30 am.
Police rushed to the scene and found an object, which looked like a grenade without safety pin.
But when police placed rubber tires around it and checked it, it turned out to be just a digital alarm clock designed to look like a grenade.
