Thai Immigration Police arrested two foreign fugitives for child molestation, one American and one Briton, in two separate incidents, police said Wednesday.

The American national, Allen Mingchai Hayes, 39, was apprehended on Bangkok’s Wireless Road on Tuesday for offences he allegedly committed in the US before fleeing to Thailand in 2004, said Immigration Bureau’s Investigation Division chief Pol MajGeneral Manu Mekmok.
