Pha-ngan Full Moon Marathon ends in success

SURAT THANI, 25 September 2010 (NNT) – Koh Pha-ngan’s local administration and private sector have joined hands to organize the Full Moon Marathon 2010 on 24 September to promote the local tourism.

The world’s first Full Moon Marathon was organized on Koh Pha-ngan of Surat Thani province, which is internationally recognized for the best full moon party. Koh Pha-ngan District Chief Paiboon Omark said the event was aimed at providing an alternative activity for tourists, besides the full moon party.
