A recently ordained 29-year-old monk was arrested at a Sriracha temple for slashing the neck of a temple boy with a knife. A 57-year-old Austrian man drowned while swimming at Bangphra beach in Sriracha. His Laotian girlfriend told police they were drinking and eating on the beach for the New Year festival.
