Soldiers, forestry officials and police have teamed up to halt the construction of a huge pagoda on a Chiang Rai hilltop by followers of Wat Dhammakaya. Anti-coup graffiti in Chiang Rai

Anti-coup messages and symbols were found painted near a Chiang Rai army base that the interior minister was scheduled to visit on Saturday.
