The involved vehicle, a Honda sedan with significant damage to its left door, remained at the crash site with its driver, 53-year-old Chinese national Mr. Chang, who fully cooperated with police investigators. Eyewitness accounts indicated the sedan had been traveling from South Pattaya and attempted to turn left into Soi Sukhumvit-Pattaya 42 from the second lane. Mr. Prakasit’s Royal Enfield, reportedly traveling at high speed in the same direction, was unable to avoid the turning vehicle and collided directly with its left side. The Bolt motorcycle subsequently also struck the car.
