Swedish Tourist Robbed of 50,000 Baht by Suspected Transgender Thief in Pattaya

At 3:36 AM on November 27th, Pattaya police received a report of a theft against a foreign tourist near Pattaya City School 8. Upon receiving the report, police quickly proceeded to investigate, along with reporters from The Pattaya News.

Intoxicated Foreign Man Found Sleeping in the Middle of Road in Nakhon Ratchasima

At the scene, they found Mr. (name removed), a 65-year-old Swedish tourist, who appeared heavily intoxicated. He informed the officers that a suspect, whom he described as a transgender individual, had stolen 2,000 baht in cash and a gold ring worth over 40,000 baht from him before fleeing. He asked for help from a bystander, who contacted the authorities.
