Chiang Mai activist named anti-trafficking ‘hero’

WASHINGTON – A major bright spot for Thailand at Tuesday’s presentation of a new report on human trafficking was the naming of Chiang Mai activist Boom Mosby as a “TIP Report Hero” in the publication.

Ms Boom is a low-profile worker against child- and sex-trafficking in the North.
