BANGKOK, 2 December 2016 (NNT) – The United States has sent a message of felicitation to the Kingdom of Thailand on the accession of King Rama X to the throne, voicing confidence the two countries will continue to enjoy close relations.

The United States has dispatched a message of felicitation to mark the ascension to the throne of King Rama X. US Department of State spokesperson Mark Toner announced that the US congratulates the Thai people for the ascension of their new monarch and salutes King Rama X.
