SRI RACHA: — The owner of a Bang Saen water park was decapitated as a mobile crane ploughed into traffic waiting at red lights at a Sri Racha intersection.

Theerawan Noppasitporn, 38, was returning home riding his chopper motorcycle when he was dragged under the crane.

His wife, following in a car, was knocked unconscious.
