Flood situations in the South remain worrisome

NAKHON SI THAMMARAT, 7th December 2016 (NNT) – The flood situation in 11 southern provinces remains worrisome as the region is expected to experience more rainfall this week.

Interior Minister General Anupong Paojinda and Permanent Secretary to the Ministry of Interior Grisada Boonrach visited Nakhon Si Thammarat to observe the flood situation following recent heavy rainfall. They were briefed on the efforts to help flood victims by provincial governors of Nakhon Si Thammrat, Surat Thani, Songkhla, Phatthalung and Trang.
