A schoolteacher was killed and two policemen injured when their convoy transporting referendum ballot boxes was hit by a roadside bomb yesterday in Sai Buri district in Pattani.

Pattani police chief Pol Maj General Thanongsak Wangsupa said the explosion took place at the entrance to Ban Sae Moh Moo 4.
