Pattaya Throat Slasher Arrested And Then Attacked by Victim’s Friends
At 11am, on August 20, police announced the arrest of the ‘Pattaya throat slasher.’
Twenty-year-old Mr. Sarawuth (aka Tong) Joojomphol, was detained under warrant no. Pattaya 284/2559, dated 15th August 2016, for the charge of suspected robbery, assault and the possession of knife in public place.
