CHIANG MAI, 5 August 2016 (NNT) – Chiang Mai province has established its Young Girl Development Centre to encourage women to empower themselves through learning.

The Centre opened on Thursday in Mae Rim district. Information and Communications Technology Minister Uttama Savanayana presided over the inauguration ceremony.
