NGV bus project concessionaire alleged of irregularities

BANGKOK, 5 August 2016 (NNT) – Complaints over irregularities have been filed against the company that obtained the concession for the NGV bus procurement project from the Bangkok Mass Transit Authority (BMTA).

A letter of complaint, coupled with documentary evidence, has been submitted to the Auditor General by Mr Karin Chayawisut, a representative of JVCC Joint Venture of Cho Thavee Public Company Limited, voicing objection to the signing of a contract between the BMTA and Bestlin Group on the NGV bus procurement scheme.
