PHUKET: The body of a 3-year-old toddler was found in a rain-filled roadside ditch at a construction site behind a well-known tourist attraction in Kamala yesterday afternoon (July 28).

Lt Col Somnuek Damkaew of the Kamala Police was alerted by Kamala rescue workers at 2pm that they had discovered the body of a three year old boy in a small ditch filled with rain water at a construction site behind Phuket FantaSea in Moo3 Kamala.
