Fatal construction crane collapse in Phuket

PHUKET – A large tower crane collapsed at a condominium construction site near the airport on Friday morning, killing one worker and injuring three others.

The accident occurred at the site of “The Terminal Phuket” condominium project in tambon Sakhu of Thalang district, near Phuket airport, said Pol Lt Thanakharn Ounrasamee, duty officer at Sakhu police station.
