Suspected British property swindler arrested in Pattaya

PATTAYA: — Police have announced the arrest of a suspected British property swindler in Pattaya.

Donald Charles Frances, 71, was wanted on a warrant issued earlier and was apprehended at D Apartment in Soi Bua Khao reported banmuang.
