EC urges people to vote on charter draft referendum in August

BANGKOK, 6 May 2016 (NNT)-The Election Commission of Thailand (EC) has insisted that anyone can express their views on the draft charter referendum as long as it is done within the legal framework.

EC commissioner Pravich Rattanapian said the EC’s recent endorsement of referendum-related bills is in line with Sections 7 and 61 of the Referendum Act.
