Thailand on high alert for Uyghurs extremists planning an attack

BANGKOK, 20 April 2016 (NNT) – Authorities in Thailand are now on high alert on preventing three Uyghurs from entering the kingdom in wake of the report that they intend to potentially attack Chinese places of interests in ASEAN.

The National Intelligence Agency of Thailand today received a warning from Singapore informing of potential attacks by three Turkish national Uyghur extremists on Chinese tourists’ places of interests within ASEAN.
