1 killed, 11 hurt in Nan gun battles with drug runners

NAN — A suspected drug trafficker was killed and another arrested after a new round of clashes with authorities on Friday afternoon that have left 11 soldiers and police injured since yesterday.

A source said the dead suspect was believed to be Woenkhuan Sae Jao, 60, alias “Saddam”, a major drug trafficker in the area, said a source.
