PATTAYA — An Uzbek tourist has accused a group of songtaew drivers of assaulting him as he walked away after failing to negotiate a fare in Pattaya early Saturday.

The incident took place around 5am in front of Bamboo Bar at the entrance to the Pattaya Walking Street in South Pattaya, said police who investigated the complaint.
