Man shot dead during robbery gone wrong in Hat Yai

SONGKHLA:– A 38 year old man was shot dead as he tried to rob a jewellery store in Hat Yai during the early hours of Tuesday morning.

The deceased man, who police identified as Mr Somsak Phethong, broke into Hanphet PV Jewellery shop in Hat Yai town centre as the owners were sleeping upstairs.
