13 resorts in Kanchanaburi face encroachment charges

Thirteen resorts and one restaurant in Sisawat district of Kanchanaburi are facing encroachment charges from the Forest Department, according to a report from the director of the special operations office to the Forest Department.

The report said that all the resort and restaurant operators are not natives of Kanchanaburi but outsiders who have encroached on the forest reserves.
