Bomb suspect not accepting charges, nationality still unidentifiable

BANGKOK, 30 August 2015 (NNT) – The arrested suspect over the bombing incident in Bangkok has pleaded not guilty, while his identity remains unidentifiable due to the counterfeit passport, the Police Spokesman says.

The Spokesman of the Royal Thai Police Pol Lt Gen Prawut Thavornsiri has revealed the progress following the apprehension of a suspect over the bombing incident at the Ratchaprasong Intersection in Bangkok that the suspect is now being interrogated with assistance from interpreters, while the examinations of DNA sample and telephone record are under way.
