Supreme Court acquit Abhisit, Suthep and Ong-art of defamation charges

Democrat party leader Abhisit Vejjajiva and two party executives, Suthep Thuagsuban and Ong-art Klampaibul have been cleared of defaming former Thai Rak Thai executive Dr Prommin Lertsuridej by the Supreme Court.

The Supreme Court’s acquittal of the three Democrat executives was announced on Friday the Ratchadapisek Criminal Court.
