Fugitive from Kazakhstan was arrested in Pattaya Tuesday. The 37 year old man is wanted for murder, sexual assault and theft in his home country.

He fled to Thailand three years ago. He was apprehended by Immigration Police and found to be in possession of an expired passport. The document expired on the 6th of July.

Thai authorities have decided to charge him with illegally staying in Thailand with the expired document and only after that is sorted will they release him back to Kazakhstan authorities where he will then face charges for his alleged crimes.
