Prime Minister Gen Prayut Chan-o-cha led his cabinet ministers, military leaders, government officials, and members of the public to offer alms to 161 monks at Sanam Luang on Thursday morning as part of the merit-making to mark the 60th birthday anniversary of Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn.

Same offering of alms to monks were also held simultaneously in all provinces nationwide presided over by provincial governors.
