A 50-year-old woman employee of a fireworks factory was killed in an explosion near a storeroom where the finished fireworks were kept in Suphan Buri province on Thursday morning.

The blast occurred at the factory known as Samruay Phorphraya Fireworks Co in Muang district Thursday morning, police said.
