Security officials prevented a 50-year-old woman from blocking the motorcade of Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha when it was reaching the Agriculture Ministry for a high-level meeting Thursday morning.

Prayut did not stop his car but looked out at the woman, who was later identified as Pinan Phumwarin.
