The body of an unidentified foreign man washed ashore on Jomtien Beach and was discovered on Tuesday morning.

70-year-old Khun Amnoi – a deckchair operator on the beach – told police that he had observed a dark-skinned foreign man walking on the beach and enter the water, but lost sight of his as the high tide swept in. Some hours later, the dead body of the man was discovered.
