Tourism in Pattaya, Phuket and Koh Samui picks up after curfew lifted

BANGKOK, 4 June 2014 (NNT) – Pol Maj-General Apichai Tiamataya, Commander of the Tourist Police Division expects tourism in the three prominent tourist cities; Pattaya, Phuket and Koh Samui will pick up after the curfew was lifted in those favored areas.

The Tourist Police Commander is preparing to host a meeting with related agencies to promote the tourism sector, car rental companies and the lifting of the general curfew. A relaxing atmosphere should bring tourists back as normal.
