Counterfeit U.S. dollar banknotes found in Nong Khai Province

NONG KHAI, 25 June 2014 (NNT) – Immigration police from Nong Khai province have arrested a Laotian man who was found selling fake U.S. dollar bills.

50 year-old Ku Anulak from Laos belonged to a gang responsible for trafficking fake banknotes. However, the middle-aged man has been apprehended by the Immigration Police as he was sitting in a coffee shop located near the Thai-Laos Friendship Bridge.
