Red Shirt leaders released from military custody

BANGKOK, May 28 – The National Council for Peace and Order (NCPO) released some leaders of the red shirt United Front for Democracy against Dictatorship (UDD) after seven days in detention.

Kwanchai Sarakham, UDD leader in Udon Thani province, showed up in a wheelchair together with another UDD leader Nisit Sinthuphrai and former commerce minister Chaiya Sasomsap.
